INTERFAITH DEMONSTRATION AGAINST VOTER SUPPRESSION LAWS
Saturday February 8th, 12:00 pm to 2 pm
Alaska Junction (corner of Alaska Way and California Avenue in West Seattle)

All ages are welcome!
Rev. Dr. William Barber, president of the North Carolina NAACP, is organizing a Mass Moral March in Raleigh, NC on Saturday February 8th. Seattleites will stand in support of the marchers in North Carolina.

• According to the ACLU, close to half the states in the U.S. now have some form of voting restrictions.
• These restrictions are making it harder for people to vote, particularly people of color, students, and people with disabilities.
• Voter suppression tactics include voter ID laws, elimination of early voting, restrictions on voter registration drives and barriers to voting for people with criminal convictions.
• Voting needs to be free, fair, and accessible!
