Join us for a book group at the West Seattle (Admiral) Library. This month’s title is “The Bonesetter’s Daughter” by Amy Tan.

Book description: Ruth Young receives two packets of papers written in Chinese calligraphy — one entitled “Things I Know Are True” and the other “Things I Must Not Forget” — both written by her mother, who is now suffering from Alzheimer’s. As Ruth learns what is in these papers, she gains an understanding of her mother’s difficult and sad life.
