From Salty’s on Alki (WSB sponsor):

The regal unmatched Copper River Salmon deserves a perfect bride and we found her — Elk Cove Pinot Noir! You want to come experience this marriage of salmon and wine — a pairing beyond measure — at Salty’s on Alki, Tuesday, June 10, in the Skyline Ballroom at sea level. Our six-course dinner is a feast including not only the renowned succulent king salmon, but also the stunning red sockeye salmon. (Click here to see the full menu!)

Salty’s award-winning sommelier Tim O’Brien teamed up with Salty’s Chef Jeremy McLachlan to match the best salmon in the world from Alaska with one of the best Pinot Noirs from our local treasure Willamette Valley in Oregon. When Tim first tasted this amazing wine, he knew it needed to be engaged to the rich and delicate Copper River salmon.

The price is $99 per person (tax and gratuity are not included). The big day is Tuesday, June 10, at 6:00 pm. (no need to bring a wedding present!). Reservations by phone are required. Call 206-937-1600 today. This is a marriage you won’t want to miss!

Elk Cove Vineyards was founded in 1974 by Pat and Joe Campbell. Winemaker Adam Campbell joined forces with his parents in 1995 and Elk Cove remains proudly family owned.
