It’s always an honor to welcome master musician Dennis James to play the Kenyon Hall Mighty Wurlitzer. He’ll perform Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26, at 7:30, with his partner-in-cinema, Belle of the Hall Connie Corrick, in their new tribute to silent movie music.

Experience the old movie days in sound and image just as they were meant to be, with a bevy of original silent movie songs from the Nickleodeon Era. After a quintessential artisanal Root Beer Float, settle in to watch Buster Keaton on the screen in “Sherlock, Jr.,” the 1924 silent movie comedy featurette, with Maestro James at the console. Everything old is new again when Dennis and Connie bring the 1910s & ’20s back to life!

Reserved table seats are $14. Row seating is $12 general and $10 seniors. With a reservation, row seating is only $10 general and $8 seniors. Elementary, middle & high school students are $5. Pre-school children are free.

To make a reservation, please e-mail kenyonhall@earthlink.net with your request. You’ll receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. For complete program information, please visit www.kenyonhall.org.

Come spend some time this month at West Seattle’s Lighthearted Entertainment Palace. And save room for one of our locally sourced, free-range Root Beer Floats!
