Providence Mount St. Vincent invites the public to attend Chef Stage Center – Crab Cakes and Conversation, featuring a demonstration by Salty’s Seafood Grills corporate chef Jeremy McLachlan, who will teach guests how to make Salty’s famous crab cakes.
This free event takes place from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday March 21, 2015, at Providence Mount St. Vincent’s 2nd floor dining room, 4831 35th Ave. SW, Seattle. Guests will see Chef Jeremy make Salty’s famous crab cakes, enjoy a tasting paired with wine, and take home the top-secret recipe, technique and confidence to try the recipe at home. They’ll then take a quick tour of Providence Mount St. Vincent to learn about the West Seattle assisted living and skilled nursing facility.
