@Roxy it’s all black with a grey interior. I refer to it as my 2wd Marty Mcfly’s truck. A truck I’ve been wanting ever since I first saw Back to the Future the movie at 9yrs old in 1985 at the Admiral theater. You can keep the DeLorean this was the unsung hero of the movie. :'(
I am sorry for the loss will keep an eye out for sure. I have a question because I have a similar model truck that I also park outside. I use a steering lock and happen to leave my doors unlocked to keep for my windows being broken by burglars. Did your truck get stolen even with the use of a similar steering wheel lock?
@Nw yes I had a club device on the truck. The type that goes on the brake pedal. That obviously didn’t stop them. I went with that type of club because you can easily cut through the steering wheel. I too also worry about broken windows. I assume they went through the back slider window, which does not lock, as there was no broken glass on the ground.
I actually heard the car start up ran outside in my bare feet and saw it drive down the block and around the corner on to California Ave. I tried to give chase but to no avail.
This is not the first car I’ve had stolen vandalized or other.
I just purchased this vehicle and have only had it for barely 3 weeks.
I have a terminal disease and don’t have many years left on this earth. These vehicles to me are not just for transportation they are my primary source of income. Eventually the money that I will use for my limbs to be amputated.
