DIAPER DRIVE + DISCOUNT: Final day that gift shop Alair will give you this deal if you drop off diapers:

Alair is a dropoff point for the WestSide Baby diaper drive! This weekend only, everyone that brings in diapers or wipes for those in need will receive 25% off any one item in the store. The diapers do not have to be a brand-new package – WestSide Baby accepts open packages of diapers.

WADING POOLS: The city will update its hotline by midmorning (206-684-7796) to say whether they’ll be open today. If they are, your West Seattle wading pools today will be Lincoln Park (11 am-8 pm; 8011 Fauntleroy Way SW) and Delridge (noon-6:30 pm; Delridge/Genesee).

LOG HOUSE MUSEUM: Noon-4 pm, visit the home of West Seattle’s history – check out the new exhibit “Fired Up.” (3003 61st SW)

ALKI POINT LIGHTHOUSE TOURS: The US Coast Guard Auxiliary invites you to visit 1 pm-4 pm (get there by 3:45 pm) to see inside historic Alki Point Lighthouse. (3201 Alki SW)
