All of these ads, promos should post clearly at the top what state and city is involved.Time consuming to read all these articles and still have no clue where you are.Refusing now to waste my time reading, googling and mapping for 99 % cross country.

Hi, everything we write about is in West Seattle, which is why this is West Seattle Blog. State of Washington, city of Seattle. No other states or cities involved. Sorry if you got lost here looking for something/someplace else! – Tracy

Hi @Mariathese are not ads, nor business promos.Thesr are community events in West Seattle.

Hmmm. @WSB I wonder if the blog has attracted a few bots. Maria’s comment above and another comment (Patrick?/fake news) in the 35th vehicle/pedestrian accident don’t make any sense.

Bots usually come with URL attempts; none in Maria’s comment, which I guess could have just gone unapproved, but I’ve seen weirder ones. Spam filter catches most of the bonafide spam.

Thank you for the reply. I’m noticing them more and more in my newspapers comment sections, so wondered, as I read the blog, if they were here too.

Sorry, comment time is over.
