The photo and report are from TS:

I’d like to report a missing person. His name is Robert “Bob” S. He is a 80 years old white male with slight dementia. He left his home in North Admiral around 11 am this morning. He drives silver 2013 Subaru Outback, license #AKV4889. He usually comes home by 5 when his wife’s caregiver goes home.

If you see him, please call 911, case number, 2017-381415. Thank you very much.

On my way home this evening I was headed west on Roxbury, and stopped for the light at the Roxbury/16th/Delridge intersection. This was maybe 5:30-5:45 ish? On the opposite side of the intersection, a man crossed the street to the north side of Roxbury, but instead of stepping onto the sidewalk at the other end, he stood in the crosswalk, sipping from a cup, and then slowly turned around and crossed back over to the south side of the street again (still in the crosswalk after the light change). He appeared to be an older man, but I didn’t get a close look at him and can’t be sure whether it was this man. But the behavior stood out to me and seeing this post made me wonder.
