West Seattle scene: How the 4th of July fireworks looked from here

Thanks to Chi Krneta for the fireworks photos, looking north from West Seattle toward Lake Union.

If you missed the fireworks – or just can’t get enough – another local show is just two weeks away, White Center Jubilee Days fireworks at Steve Cox Memorial Park (1321 SW 102nd) on Wednesday, July 19th.

Urg! I hate that after having to drug my cats to get through the 4th, I now have to do it again in two weeks. Horrible. Why do we need more fireworks a mere two weeks after the 4th of July WW111 experience.

Found smart phone at Seacrest Park on July 4.  It was dead, but I had a compatible charger and am charging it. The phone is locked, so I can’t access the contacts to try to find its owner. If this phone is yours, please call it, identify yourself as the owner of the lost phone, and I will meet you somewhere to give it back to you.

Sorry, comment time is over.
