If you are a fan of metal with really awesome lyrics, I encourage you all to check out Dryland.  They are AMAZING!  They have a bandcamp page for those who would like to listen to their music – https://drylandheavyband.bandcamp.com/

Super bummed I won’t be able to see them, due to timing issues, but I  highly recommend them!

Really?  You’re bringing in a band (TP) I probably can’t even get past the filter?  Gross.

    • JanS May 17, 2017 (12:04 pm)

well, Brandon, I had no problem listening, so, it’s your filters? They will be there at 10pm…now you know the time…simply don’t go see them :) There will be plenty of other good bands that weekend, I’m sure.

Brandon, can you remind me the name of the 13th James Bond movie?

      • helpermonkey May 17, 2017 (1:49 pm)

remind me too what our illustrious president said he could grab with impunity and that countless sources quoted him on. lighten up, francis.

Sorry you are allowing the name to deter you from seeing them. The name comes from putting women back in power of themselves, hence an all female group. I just saw them at Upstream and the Showbox [2 nights in a row]. I will be there, they put on an amazing show and Molly is quite the front woman. They will be going places, I can guarantee that…

I have a daughter….just seeing it in print is offensive. ….  So nice that  some of you come to the defense when someone voices their free speech concerns over a name that most would find offensive.  Here’s another opportunity….it is gross and disgusting. Just because it has a story behind it that may make it seem reasonable to some  doesn’t make it so.  Nirvana’s Rape Me  is an example….

THUNDERPUSSY! Yesssssss! Good job. Can’t stop listening to that 45!

Sorry, comment time is over.
