The surname is five letters starting with L, and the documents include birth and death certificates for various family members (same surname) as well as other documents and paperwork, some other personal property, and mail for an address in Spanaway: “The items were in a London reusable cloth bag, brown faux leather shoulder bag, and a black leather handbag. The theft happened between 1:30 am and 6:30 am on 7/17.
