Pay special attention when waiting for a downtown-bound bus at the temp 41st/Alaska stop. I normally take the 55 at 42nd/Alaska, and for the festival they always say they close that stop and instead you have to wait at the 41st Ave. temp stop at the other end of the block. However, it seems that 50% of the buses decide to stop at the regular stop instead. So you’ll be waiting at the temp stop as instructed, and then end up having to make a run up the block for the bus where it stops.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll make sure Metro gets it.

Thanks. That’s what I was looking for.

But what about the parking? Who will think of the parking? I want to park within three feet of my intended destination at all times. I refuse to go to an outdoor festival if I have to park a couple blocks away, or heaven forbid, take a bus or ride a bike. The horrors!!!

We publish transit information all the time and stats tend to show a whole lot of people are using it. Summer Fest is an especially good time to try it if you aren’t already a regular.

    I know, I was being facetious. :D

AJP while you may have been facetious there are those of us who are disabled and mobility is a signficant and painful experience…I did not find your comment funny…

Sorry, comment time is over.
