I love the bird pictures! They even inspired me to make a simple bird feeder outside my kitchen window so I could watch the small birds eat.

Not West Seattleites’ take, but there was a recap on the Seattle 2035 site, including video of the presentation (which I had hoped to post within a day or two of the event – didn’t get to go because something else was going on – but it didn’t appear for quite some time) – http://2035.seattle.gov/recap-measuring-success-urban-villages-strategy/

Friends and neighbors interested in the findings and recommmendations of the Seattle Sustainable Neighborhoods Assessment Project (SSNAP), including data collected for the Alaska Junction Hub Urban Village, can find the full report and link to the city presentation on our website, http://www.steinbrueckurbanstrategies.com. We have also provided the Seattle Public Library with two hard copies on reserve in the Seattle Room of the Central Library. -Peter
