Other West Seattleites we know will be on hand include County Executive Dow Constantine, who will be interviewed by host Joni Balter, and former Deputy Mayor Tim Ceis, when the talk turns to “levy fatigue.” (We asked WSB Forum members for their thoughts, in preparation.)
