Major remodel work? Or is it more of a "move a wall a bit in order to change the window size/shape/position or install a new type of door? We have a large project in mind, but it may have to be done bit by bit. First priorities are sheetrocking in the garage (it's already insulated) and replacing garage door with sliders. A window will need to be replaced also, and a an external back door to the garage. Eventually, or maybe all at once, we'd like to add a dividing wall to allow the back portion of the garage to be utility/mud room (WD already in place and laundry sink) and would like to add a toilet and small stand up shower stall to rinse off yard dirt. It seems like a small job but could get big, quickly. There's a bigger job (bedroom and kitchen expansion, bathroom reno, bathroom addition) on the other side of the house planned later.
