SPS is not currently renting any space. They also will not rent space to a preschool program unless that space was originally built for a preschool program. Wouldn’t it be nice if they did, though? All that empty space!!

Would SPS let you rent out a few rooms at Boren? Might not be a long term solution (nor would I want SPS as a long term landlord), but I have heard that STEM does not use all the space in that building.

You could try Our Lady of Guadalupe on 35th. They recently built a new facility and are happy to reach out to the community to discuss possibilities for use. It’s worth a try!
