FYI, I call in road hazards on freeways and highways 6-10 times per year. I always call 911, and immediately ask for state patrol. There has been only one time I can recall in the last 5 years that they’ve known of the hazard I was calling in to report. Just my personal experience, but I’ve never had anyone tell me to call another number to report hazards, nor had patrol or dispatch follow up with me.

I suppose and the regulars probably all saw signage. Not entirely sure what they are doing, perhaps replacing the asphalt surface with concrete.

No, but there was an advisory – we get a lot of advisories for downtown and just can’t include them all … I assume it went out as a rider alert?

Did you post anything about the Columbia and 2nd Bus Stop being closed this week? Some kind of work is being done on the bus stop so the stop is up on 3rd and Columbia this week only.

i ride the c line alot and the drivers tend to speed and act as if cars need to move out of the bus’s way. it is sad and it seems metro really doesn’t care about making sure we as riders are safe on the c line. not saying that was the case for this morning yet it might of been. we will never know as metro will not let anyone know the cause of the crash as it helps keep them safe.

East bound Spokane viaduct speed enforcement (trap)? Just past 4th ave exit. 35mph – too low for east bound, west bound, maybe given the on ramp.
