The neighbors closest to the park can't get to the park because of the inaccessible steep hillside and the Genesee neighborhood dearly needs a park such as Me-Kwa-Mooks. Maybe, if stairs gave access to the park the neighborhood would join together patrol and maintain Me-Kwa-Mooks? Me-Kwa-Mooks park is such an isolated park.
