		<description>With all of the robberies and theft of precious metals copper included why in this day and age of instant data can we not have laws that require all businesses buying gold or scrap metals to enter it into a data base that would record the name of the person and take a picture of sale item. If this was done I believe that stolen metals would be traceable as well as the person who stole them.</description>
