After last year's Hunger Games-esque Easter Egg Dash (hunt was not the appropriate word) with hundreds of kids trampling each other to clear the field in less than 30 seconds, I swore I'd never subject my kid to that again. We did enjoy the carnival after the egg crush, though. Thank goodness!
