Pizzeria 22 is close - perhaps they could just build a couple of cathederals nearby so we could be summoned by the tolling of the lunch bells. I know we got pizza and it was tasty, but the thing that blew me away were the mussels. they were amazing! the waiter said they only had them Friday/ Saturday. do they still do that?? I don't see it on the online menu. we need to get back. I remember it was late Spring and we sat in the back near the fire and I got too hot. so we said we wouldn't go back until it got cold again and shoot, why haven't we been back yet??? We discovered Pizzeria 22 by accident about a year ago...just looked like a cozy little place, and pizza sounded good. We were astounded at how wonderful it was! Everything was absolutely superb, and there is NO other pizza like it! It deserves all the accolades and more! Food, drink, atmosphere, staff, and overall experience are incomparable! I have become a pizza snob....it's worth the drive down, and I won't have my pizza anywhere else!
