Lowlife losers produce more lowlife losers and they obviously don't know how to use birth control since they are multiplying rapidly. I don't think we could ever afford it but would be awesome if once convicted of a severe enough crime you lose the right to procreate and on top of your sentence you would also be required to go through whatever procedure necessary so you will not pollute the earth with anymore of your filth. The other day, I saw some people grab some diapers and shoplift them out of RiteAid in Westwood. The manager and employees did nothing, but look up as the door alarm went off and went back to work. Don't know if I blame them really. The shoplifters looked back smiling as if to challenge someone to try and stop them. I'm starting to think we should take Bob Barker's advice and apply it to criminals. Spade and neuter so as not to keep pro-creating. What is it with the rash of crimes lately? In WW2 the West Coast had plenty of POW camps where we housed German POWs. They didn't cost much to build; some barracks, a double row of wire and towers. The rules were simple: you crossed the first wire, and you were machine-gunned. POW escapes weren't a problem. We have lots of cheap real estate in Eastern Washington. So what if the families and friends of these losers have a daylong drive to visit their homies? . OTOH, we could also contract out to Mexico. If thugs and gangbangers knew that they'd be chillin' in a Mexican jail, I'll bet anyone the crime rate would crater overnight! What we need are jails that don’t cost more than luxury housing.
