If its the same guy, he seemed really out of it and the dog seemed very aggressive. It barked at me and my dog, but was distracted by a bicyclist going past and ran off chasing the cyclist. I was bitten and my childen were chased and almost bitten by a pit bull at a park near Highpoint, a few years ago. Police and fire came to treat me at the scene and an Animal Control officer came and took pictures of my bite. I emailed TR and posted my experience on the forum. Unfortunately, my case never went any further. I hope you get further with your case. This appears to be a disturbing trend that I hope is under control soon. SAS needs more people to enforce leash laws. ie, history of Lincoln Park incidents recently in the news. Just wanted to lend support. Please keep us updated (TR and Lorrie). Thanks and Godspeed.
