		<description>re: 21X -- during the evening rush hour, the 4:50pm bus that arrives at 3rd and Seneca and 2nd and Columbia is pretty reasonable to the extent that at worst you will have a few people standing upon departure from downtown, however the 5:05pm bus from my most recent experience--about a month ago--is packed to the gills, as in people standing in the back door stairwell packed.  I believe they took one 21X out of commission with the addition of RR, but it seems to be running ok otherwise if you don&#039;t mind the 5:05pm crowds.</description>
