Since 1990 George was my wonderful neighbor along with his wife Joyce. He was a very good and kind person with integrity and was always doing nice things for the neighbors such as bringing in garbage cans (weekly for many years!) or mowing an elderly neighbor’s lawn. He is greatly missed.

As George’s only sister, Catherine, I send our heartfelt blessings to Joyce, Carol and Carrie. Dear brother, I can’t imagine you are no longer with us and no longer just around the corner in West Seattle. But I knew you to be a steadfast, quiet and thoughtful man who had an exceptional family. You were so like our Scotland-born father in looks and manner…Frae Bonnie Scotland.

George and Joyce made it all look easy – they knew how to live right and well. My family (Greg, Chris, Scott, Alex, Leslie) have very fond memories of being at Lake Morton, and especially of you and the boys shaving the trees to build the house! All my love goes out to your beautiful daughters; Carol and Carrie.
