No need for the between-holiday blahs. Still lots going on this weekend, including your last 3 chances to see “Plaid Tidings” at ArtsWest (WSB sponsor) – and while you’re there, you can chip in to help them recover from that costly pre-Christmas break-in. Several other ways to keep the post-Christmas giving going are among the more than 2 dozen events in the holiday-abbreviated-but-still-lively edition of the West Seattle Weekend Lineup, brought to you by Skylark Cafe and Club (home of tonight’s End of the Decade Party) – all ahead:

Thanks, Skylark Cafe and Club, for sponsoring the WSWL!

Looking ahead to New Year’s? It’s all on the WEST SEATTLE HOLIDAYS PAGE

  1. Today is the first day of Kwanza. Kwanzaa is a unique African American celebration with focus on the traditional African values of family, community responsibility, commerce, and self-improvement.

  2. Thanks. No local events have come to our attention (and we do web searches to find items as well as publishing those for which we get notices) but we’ll make a note of the observance in the events calendars – TR
