West Seattle Gas Price Watch: Steep slide

Looks like we resumed the end-of-weekend gas-price survey runs just in time – driving around West Seattle
a few hours ago, we discovered some stations had dropped prices for regular gas by 30 cents (or more) in the past week. At left, you see the lowest price we found (at the station that made news this past week for a different reason); at right, the highest. The full list, with April and June prices for comparison, ahead:
One note: With the switchover of Delridge Exxon to 76, it too – like the Andover/California station that made the same switch last spring – only posts the price for regular now, so that’s all that’s reflected below. For all others, the second price is what’s posted for premium:
$3.07-$3.27, Roxbury Gasoline
(October 12th, $3.35-$3.55; no April/June prices as it didn’t reopen till late July)
$3.09-$3.39, Gasco (35th/Henderson) $3.09 (only regular is posted), Delridge 76 (formerly Exxon) $3.13-$3.35, Arco (Delridge/Orchard) $3.15-$3.35, Calif/Charlestown 7-11 $3.15-$3.37, Delridge/Orchard Shell $3.15-$3.45, Admiral Safeway $3.15-$3.55, Barnecut’s Shell (Admiral) $3.15 (premium no longer posted), California/Andover 76 $3.22-$3.47, Fauntleroy/Alaska Shell $3.23-$3.45, Roxbury Safeway $3.25-$3.45, Roxbury Shell $3.25-$3.49, 35th/Holden Chevron $3.25-$3.46, California Shell $3.25-$3.47, mid-Delridge Shell $3.25-$3.49, Fauntleroy/Alaska 76 $3.25-$3.49, Gas Depot (South Delridge) $3.25-$3.51, 35th/Barton Exxon $3.27-$3.47, 35th/Avalon 7-11 $3.27-$3.67, Admiral Chevron $3.29-$3.59, Lincoln Park 76 The biggest price drop, Sunday night to Sunday night, was at Barnecut’s Shell on Admiral, down 38 cents.
