The latest in the thrilling new series of “weather video from outside WSB HQ’s front door” — hail that moved through about 5:30. The forecast promises sun and mid-50s within a few days; we’ll believe it when we see it.

  1. i was a the little fish and chips place by the water taxi dock when a huge bolt of lightening landed mid bay and the hail came rolling in behind an impressive clap of thunder.

    pretty good light show.

  2. Wow! Patrick was out earlier this afternoon and said he saw some lightning to the north. Here west-facing, we just got the hail.

  3. On my way back walking from the grocery store with 2 bags of groceries a few sprinkles hit me and it opened up just about the time I got on my porch.

  4. my dogs were not happy about the pelting of the ice chunks!!! it filled the yard and rang the house pretty good for a whole half an hour!!!

  5. wow…JoB…I heard the thunder…and then got company, and we sat and watched the…hmmm…hard rain, corn snow, sleet…and finally decided to get out in it and go to dinner…and then the sun came out – lol
