  The lights in our neighborhood have been flickering at times today, which may be from a tree that’s been leaning since the big storm in the alley off Alaska between 47th and 48th. It’s now resting comfortably on some power lines. But, good news – A City Light truck spotted it just a few minutes ago, so they are aware of it.
